Matt joining Toca after spending 4 years under head coach Kevin Wardlaw. While at MNU he saw immediate time as a freshman playing in 10 games for the 2007 team that made it to the second round of the NAIA Playoffs. As a sophomore Matt had a season ending injury after just the 5th game of the season. During his Junior and Senior years Matt was captain of the Pioneers and started in all but one game.  Growing up in Lebanon Missouri Matt was a 3 sport letter winner by his sophomore year in High School. As a 2 time all district and all conference goalkeeper Matt set and currently holds all goalkeeping records for Lebanon High School. Matt was also apart of a very successful Springfield Soccer Club team who competed in the Midwest Regional League.

After graduating High School he attended MNU to play both Soccer and Basketball.  Matt also saw success in the classroom while at MNU graduating with above a 3.0 GPA and being on the Presidents Honor Roll 6 out of his 8 semesters. Receiving an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing with a Minor in Business Administration.  After graduating from MNU Matt went to Los Angeles California to play his 2nd year in the Premiere Developmental League this time for the Southern California Seahorses. After his season with the Seahorses he left to spend 5 months in Ometepec, Mexico. In Ometepec Matt help orchestrate a very successful Soccer ministry that included 5 teams and over 100 individuals.

Matt currently serves the Goalkeeping Director and a coach for Toca FC.

Matt is currently working on a Masters in Leadership and Non-For Profit Administration.
